The metal punch plate Jonathan ordered from eBay works great. We added some extra supports under it so it would not sag under the weight of the wet parchment. The mesh cage is to keep the parchment from bouncing out and is easy to flush with a hose to keep things flowing down the chute and into the wheel barrow.
